Channel not included but is paid for

I have continuously attempted to stream live tv online, only to be constantly denied access. Xfinity claiming that these channels are not included in my packages when they are available on tv.

Hey there, @Bryceamir, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your issues watching live TV on your Xfinity Stream app. We definitely want to make sure you are able to watch all of your favorite channels on the go. Are you using your primary Xfinity username in order to log into the Xfinity Stream app? Here is a link to help you with finding your username, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/how-to-change-your-username. Also, are you connected to your in-home Wi-Fi network when getting the error message?
