channel missing

i watch channel 103 every night. it's missing from the guide. it skips from channel 89 to 104. Morning happens when i type in 103 manually

What is channel 386, what is your current Xfinity Video subscription, and what error code/message is being received when visiting the channel? Have you also taken any troubleshooting steps of your own such as power cycling the equipment and ensuring all connections are secured/tight?
