WHY is it I favorite HD channels in the 700-800 channels and they tag/favorite the "UHD/4K" channels in the 1000+ channels, YET, under "My Favorites" selection under guide I CAN NOT access the UHD/4K channels!? I have to switch to "All HD" channel to access the 1000+ channel and pan through ALL THE CHANNELS, not just "My Favorites"! That's just the start, IF I use the Xfinity APP say through my Fire stick, it recognizes "My Favorite" channels......... Please explain to me why this is the case. FIX YOUR [Edited: "Language"]!

I am having the same issue - removed channels 700-800 from favorites, added matching channels in 1000+ range. When I view 'favorites' in on-screen guide, only the 'old' favorites (ch 700-800) appear. Channels in 1000+ range only appear when 'all channels' guide view is selected.

There are no 4K channels to watch over linear cable. Those are HD (720p) channels listed in a different order.
