Change My Channel Lineup

We currently have Signature Triple Play. We are on a fixed income and need to lower our $242.61 monthly bill. Please change our plan to the Standard Triple Play

Thank-you Comcast Jay. First of all we are happy with our Comcast service, we just need to decrease our expenses. If we change our channel line up from Signature (210 + channels) to Standard (130 + channels) how much would our monthly bill decrease?

That’s a great question! It looks like you have looked into some options already and I would be glad to get you a quote and talk to you about all your options. I know it’s equally important to save money as it is to have the right services for you and your family. I can help you balance both to get the most value. Because I will need to gather some personal information, would you mind sending me a private message, please? Here are the steps to reach out to us in a peer to peer message 😊.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

I no longer work for Comcast.
