Hey mddonovan, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. Does your login information work when you try to sign into the website as well? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting on the one box so I don't ask you to repeat steps?
The main issue is that the email address I used for Peacock no longer exists. It was from a company that went out of business. So one TV is still signed in, but I don’t remember the password. Therefore, I can’t sign in anywhere. I feel like the email and password have to be cleared so I can start over. Your help is greatly appreciated.
mddonovan, that makes sense and thanks for clarifying. It does make it a bit harder when you don't have access to the email. Account settings go through Peacock and you can reach them here. Once you are able to access your account though, under settings on the website you'll be able to update the email to the one you're currently using.
