Can't record certain shows

Attempting to record ABC Program Disney Christmas Parade. Record option disabled? But just this program. Before and After are available.

Is this a "rights" issue?

My DVR will not let me record "Draft Day" on CMT or "Coach Carter" on TNT. Is there a new restriction against recording movies on some channels? Or is this a glitch?
