Can't access Xfinity TV plan details
I have tried multiple times to see the details of current Xfinity TV plan details and failed on the computer and phone app. I'm sent to a page that tells me it is retrieving the details, but meanwhile it is just 3 dots blinking like it is thinking. I don't know how to get it to resolve and actually show me a list of all the channels in my package and the premium channels I'm paying for. In the past, a year or 2 ago, I could go to Manage Plan and actually print a list of everything I was paying for, now, I get the Xfinity page to open. AI assist just sends me to the same non-opening page. How do I access the list. Can someone on your end mail it to me? This should not be so hard. (Paying bills is the same issue. Sometimes I can't access my bill to pay if for days on end.)

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
