Cannot record bravesvision

I have access to the new Bravesvision channel (1254) and have watched games live Friday and Sunday.  However, every time I try to set a future game to record I get an error code. Today it was code 403 which just tells me something went wrong.  I have a team recording set (from last year) but that is still trying to use mlb which I don’t have. If this Bravesvision recording error is known, please get it fixed soon.  If not a known problem, please get it added and fixed.

Having difficulty recording a program or a game you want to be able to watch can be a frustrating experience if it doesn't work as expected! 

Can you tell us a bit more about the setup that you're using, specifically on which device are you attempting to make your recording?  What is your configuration? 

403 errors usually relate to permissions, and depending on your setup you might need to clear cache, or reinstall the app (if it's an app you're using, and you want to try that, you should uninstall it, then power cycle before reinstalling, but make sure you're signed completely out of it first.) 

With a bit more information on your setup details, we can likely assist you with troubleshooting this further!

I first tried it on the television through the cable box and got the failure.  I tried it on the xfinity web page and it failed.  And most recently I was using the xfinity app on my ipad.  So "where" I tried it seems to make no difference.  After I posted this I was able to successfully set recordings for this weekend on the iPad, but when I went back and tried to record tonight's game it still errors.

Just a few seconds ago I tried setting tonight's game to record and I get this:

Unable to Schedule Recording

This may be a temporary issue so please try again later.
(Error TVAPP-00100)

And on which device was the most recent error, the iPad? 

If so, can we try signing out of the app, uninstalling it (Settings > General > iPad Storage, tap the app, and select Delete App), fully power cycle the iPad, then reinstall the app and sign back into it and try again?

The TVAAPP-00100 error usually indicates a network or authentication issue.  Reinstalling the app and ensuring it isn't pulled from a cached save by power cycling, can sometimes fix this error.

The most current error (TVAAPP-00100) occurred on the xfinity website.  I signed out on the website and back in and got the same error.  I also get it for Tuesday and Wednesday but Thursday worked just fine and set the recording.  I also went a week out and was able to successfully set the recording. So...it seems the errors only occur on this week's games.

That's great information. 

On the browser you're using to get to the website, can we ask you to sign out, do a full clearing of cache and cookies for the site, then log back in and give it another try? 

It is possible there's some junk data in your cache behind the scenes that's causing the issue (similar to the cached data you'd find on any other app.) 

Alternatively you could try installing a different browser that you typically wouldn't normally use and log in fresh from there as well.

I tried 2 other browsers that I never use, signed into the web page on both and I get the same error on the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday games.  It seems it s just those 3 games that it won't allow recording.
