Cannot Access Peacock Premium
We are Diamond members and cannot access Peacock Premium on our tv. We can only access it on our computers and ipad. Why is this? Please provide assistance.

When you are attempting to access Peacock on the TV are you getting an error message? How are you accessing it on the Tv via a TV app or cable box?
