Cable TV Service Problems
Almost everyone in our Subdivision in the Cheat Lake Area of Morgantown, WV is having trouble with their Cable TV Service: Pixilation, Tiling and Error Codes. I have contacted Comcast by phone, by Live Chat and had (2) Technicians to our house in last (6) days and the problem continues. The Tech's keep saying that the problem is widespread and has something to do with Comcast System Upgrades or Updates. I have contacted the WV Public Service Commission and filed a complaint and encouraged all neighbors having problem to do the same. If they don't get this problem corrected soon, I am going to make a move to Breezeline or Frontier which both have lines in our subdivision. Sick of hearing about how Comcast has award winning customer service.
