Braves Vision channel

I have an email that states I have Braves Vision in my tv package and yet I don't.  

The tv says i have to upgrade.  When we called -- we were told it would take upgrading to Premium which was at a monthly cost much higher than Braves Vision $19.99.   When is xfinity going to attach braves vision to their Sports package or allow us to add the channel with a regional fee?
