Bought Yellowstone Season 5 and cannot get episode 3

I puchased the season on Viacom via remote and I cannot watch the current episode. I am surprised and do not know why or what to do.

Having the same issue with season 5 episode 6.  Called Xfinity, was zero help.  They told me I need to call Paramount network and find out why I can't view that episode. Lol.  Last time I checked, my bill is paid to Comcast. You would think they would look into the problems their customers are having rather than pushing them off on to someone else.  Just another reason to go back to a previous provider

@lalablue do you have Paramount Network and you can't watch episode 8 or did you pay for it separately via Viacom? We bought season 5 through Xfinity via Viacom and are unable to view episode 8 also. It actually shows under free via Viacom, but when we click on it, we have the option to buy the episode separately 🤦 I wish Prime would have offered like it did with others. We never experienced any issues viewing the episodes the day after airing on Paramount Network with Prime.

Same issue. Is there any way to resolve it?

I understand this is frustrating for you, can you verify f you are receiving an error message or code, or does it not show as available to view?

I no longer work for Comcast.

I also bought season 5 and cannot get episode 8 without paying $1.99. Now sure what to do next. I have an agent working on it now for about an hour.
