Big 10 and SEC network

I recently upgraded my account to the More Sports for the NFL redzone etc. However, it says I should also receive the Big 10 network. When I click on the BIG 10 network and the SEC network in the guide it says it requires a subscription. Can you advise?

user_j7bj8c Thank you so much for your post help with the Big 10 network.  Depending on what area you are in the Big 10 can be included in a channel lineup and not the More sports and entertainment package.  I would be more than happy to check what is needed in you area so you can catch those college games. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message.

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related. Topic moved here to the TV help section.

I saw another post saying that the only city that still has Big Ten Network on More Sports & Entertainment is Boston - everywhere else, it has moved to the Ultimate TV package.

I have a feeling this is part of whatever negotiations Comcast and Fox (main owners of Big Ten Network) are having concerning bringing back the four west coast teams to most of the country. Now, everybody with Ultimate TV is probably going to be charged more - something like $1.50/month, I heard - to pay for a channel that over 90% of them will never watch.
