Bally Sports Southeast Not Working in Nashville

Wanted to make sure Xfinity was aware the Bally Sports Southeast channel has not been working now for approximately 24 hours. It's not working in multiple homes as neither a friend, my parents, nor I have the channel working on our TV boxes. I've also seen it posted on Nextdoor that others are having the same issue. Another friend was able to stream the channel from another provider, so the issue appears to be with Xfinity and not Bally Sports Southeast. Please fix this. Yes, we have restarted our cable boxes and done the obvious trouble shooting.

Same thing here in Thompson’s Station. Not working on the Xfinity app either.

Same thing here in Mississippi! Every Braves game broadcast live on BSSE (97/1251 on cable box) is torture! Same issue when trying to view on Xfinity Stream App. The rest of BSSE’s programming comes in clear - it’s only Braves live telecasts! Braves games telecast on Bally Sports South come in fine. Been going on since Bally/BSSE came back on August 1. I too think it’s Comcast issue as everyone else I know that are watching via other cable/streaming providers are having no issues!  Can’t believe Comcast let this issue go on without rectifying

user_r0436n Thanks for posting on our Community forums to let us know about the Bally Sports Southeast channel. We'd be happy to troubleshoot. What specific issue are you experiencing with the channel? Is it a black screen or is there an error message/code on the screen?

@XfinityDilary​ It finally came back around 9pm on 9/28. For over 24 hours it was a black screen with three dots and a message that said something to the effect of "We're experiencing video problems with this channel."

Is it not possible to watch BSSO on non-HD? Lineup says channel 28. Comcast says

Hey there, Anon104933334, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your channel lineup. We definitely want to ensure you have access to your favorite channels. Have you tried restarting your box by unplugging it, waiting 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in to see if that helps with the issue with the non-HD channel? Are you having issues with any other non-HD channels?
