Any time I try to watch a movie on Paramount + I get an error message
Any time I click on a movie in Paramount + I get an error message - states something about uh oh, there appears to be a problem but we are working on it. But this has been happening for at least the past month

Hi @tnaboz Thank you for reaching out on the Xfinity Community Forums. We are aware of the known issue with the error message and are working on a resolution. A temporary solution would be to try and sign out of the Paramount + app and then sign back in causing the app to re-authenticate you. Alternatively you can find Paramount + movies through the on demand menu and select Paramount + option to play the movie. We appreciate your patience while we work toward a permanent resolution.
