All channels

We use Fire TV and on the Xfinity app there is a list of items to select.

One of them is Live TV.   Under that is a submenu including All Channels.  Until yesterday when I selected that I would get a guide style list of all the channels and shows on those channels now.

however when I select All Channels I get a message that says “we didn’t find a match”

I have not changed any of the filters or favorites etc, it just appears not to be working anymore

I can “browse” the categories and pick a channel.  I just can’t view the full list of channels or easily change the channel.

i want the channel list back

Hi @user_6l3udj, thanks for sharing your issue with us here! I use the xfinity stream app primarly as well, and it would be pretty hard to use it without the guide. Have you attempted to clear the app data and cache on the xfinity stream app? If not, the instructions below will walk you through those steps.

Go to Settings on your Fire TV.
Select Applications.
In Manage Installed Applications, select the app you are having trouble with.
Select Clear Cache, and then Clear Data.
