Will Comcast be getting the ACC Network before College Football Season Starts.  i'm not talking about ACC Extra.

There is no justification for carrying the SEC and Big 10 networks but not carrying the ACC network. I will be glad to drop both of those networks to get the ACC network.

I've been a subscriber for 12 years.  The ONLY reason I even subscribe to Comcast (which is far more expensive than my local provider) is so I can watch my CLEMSON and ACC Football way out here in Utah.  If Xfinity doesn't offer the new ACCN then it will be such an easy decision to hop over to HULU or PS Vue or anyone else that will carry it.

Xfinity - please make the right decision and pay whatever it takes to get the ACC Network added.  Tick tock!

Please know that I will be returning to Verizon FiOS immediately if Comcast does not offer the ACC Network in August.

I NEED the ACC Network channel added to Xfinity. We live for football and basketball. We are so excited this is coming. Please don't make me change providers! Thank you!

Add me to the list of Comcast viewers demanding the ACC Network.  This is simple...give us the ACC Network or many of us will leave Comcast without regret.  I've been looking for a good excuse to leave, and this is it!

Just one more voice to the chorus of ACC fans.  Not just football. Soccer and basketball as well. This is likely a dealbreaker for many fans in markets in the eastern US.  Balancing your  fees for the  programming  againt the loss of overall subscriber revenue,  I would be flexible in neogtiations. It is not just the loss of subscribers, but the potential gain of subsrcribers who will want to connect (or  re-connect) just for this content.

Your decision on the accn will determine my future with Comcast. I pay over 230$ a month for a bunch of tv I do not want, but can not get the one channel I do want.     Joe

As another Xfinity subscriber, I too am asking that the ACC NETWORK be added to your Sports lineup. Our package currently carries the SEC NETWORK.  It only makes business sense that the ACC NETWORK be added to this lineup to satisfy those customers that are not SEC fans.

Will Xfinity be carrying the ACC Network in time for the Clemson/Ga Tech kickoff? I'm a Clemson fan in Florida, and if Xfinity does not carry the game I will drop my Comcast service that day. It is time for Comcast to give us an answer besides "we don't know yet", and then close our posts as "answered".
Thanks.

You carry the SEC Network of southern colleges for a sports netwrk. But the new ACCN Nwetwork- which is carried by FIOS and Direct for me to change to after more than a decade with Comcast. The ACC has last years national football champion- Clemson and the best basketball conference year anfter year- and many grads from schools in PA MA FLA NC and the whole east coast, and includes, Notre Dame. As a UNC-CH Grad, it is very important to me to watch these games.

This network is not scheduled to be available until August 22, 2019.

Our content and programming teams are in regular contact with ESPN (one of the owners and the distribution arm for this network) on many topics, including this network.

The Comcast programming teams and our local management teams constantly evaluate programming choices and make decisions based on customer interests, costs, channel bandwidth management and contractual obligations.

As with any network contract, we want to come to an agreement that offers the best terms for our customers and our company that keeps both our costs and our customer's monthly costs to a minimum.

Situations may change based on customer demand, channel bandwidth opportunities, business opportunities, costs and contractual obligations. Thanks for your feedback, your passion and your patience. It has been shared with the right teams.

If/when a decision and contract is announced, we will be sure and make that information widely known in many places.

Other providers may have announced that they have a contract to start offering this programming once the channel launches (August 22, 2019). Our teams continue to negotiate.

Thanks for your patience.

The ACC Network starts broadcasting in August. Why hasn’t Xfinity contracted to air this yet? We want this!
