Abc new channel

No matter what I do when I record anything on a b c channel 446 I cannot play back the recording

I have restarted my box refreshed the signal been on with xfinity Experts for 2 hours, nothing has been resolved.

I cannot record anything on new ABC channel 446.  Have reset box and that didn’t help.  Message pops up sorry there was a problem with DVR playback.  This started Aug 4 when the local ABC affiliate channel changed. Very frustrated.  When will this issue be resolved?
