4k box frustration

After speaking on the phone and two chats with xfinity I drove 45 minutes to the nearest store and stood in line for over half an hour to get a 4k box and exchange a box.  I just installed it and it is not a 4k box.  I am beyond frustrated.  Between the hours on the phone and the two chats being told completely different things I am so frustrated.  I am a long time xfinity customer but this has really made me rethink it.

ging4444 I would be pretty frustrated if I were in your shoes too. This is never something we want any of our family members to deal with. Let's pull up your account and come up with a resolution. Please send your full name and complete address via our DM. 

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
