4k box frustration
After speaking on the phone and two chats with xfinity I drove 45 minutes to the nearest store and stood in line for over half an hour to get a 4k box and exchange a box. I just installed it and it is not a 4k box. I am beyond frustrated. Between the hours on the phone and the two chats being told completely different things I am so frustrated. I am a long time xfinity customer but this has really made me rethink it.
