Where to file a formal complaint?

I have been overcharged on my credit card and every time I call, I get transferred a million times and after an hour+ of sitting on the phone (multiple times over the past few months), they say that they have resolved my issues and then I receive a bill again for things they say they have removed and corrected. It’s very unprofessional to not get help from xfinity mobile to fix their errors on my account.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 


• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message

Sorry for the trouble with that option not showing, can you try clearing your cookies and cache? Also, if you have another browser to use and try to follow those steps that would be great. We are here for you.

user_rljblt Thank you for letting us know. Here is another way you can try:

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

To check if your direct messaging is turned on, click on your Profile Avatar in the upper right corner and then on Profile Settings.  Scroll down to the bottom of the page and if Opt Out From Direct Messaging is checked uncheck it and then click on Save.
