Unethical Billing Practice

Xfinity changed the name of their Ultimate Plan to Premium last December.  Premium is less money but they continued to overbill me until I discovered it, stating I was on a legacy plan.  They refused to issue me a credit.  This is unethical at best but likely illegal.  [Edited: "Solicitation"]

I can definitely see why you'd be upset if you discovered there was a lower priced option available and felt that you had been paying more than necessary. Xfinity provides information about account and billing changes through monthly statements, including notices related to pricing, promotions, and other adjustments that may impact service costs. That said, every account situation can be different. If you'd like, we can review the details of your specific account in a private conversation to make sure everything was billed correctly and answer any questions you may have. Please send us a DM with your full name and complete address.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
