Unable to access Bills for Inactive account

I moved from one state to another a couple of months ago. As part of the move, looks like my old address linked to my account got deactivated. I am in need of bills linked to that account but unable to retrieve. When I login now, I see only bills related to my new address linked to my account. Can you please help?

Greetings, @user_d9u2xv! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues accessing your previous account, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

If you created a new Xfinity ID when you moved, the accounts may not be linked. You should be able to link them together by sending an invitation to your previous Xfinity ID (email address) and adding it to the new account. You can find more details about how to do that here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts

Hi.
Right now, both my old address also shows as a linked account in my new xfinity id. However, I am not able to select or activate it in anyway for me to see the old bills.

And the switch account does not seem to do anything. I am not sure if it is because the old account is in Inactive state.

@user_1fu6zb, if you did a transfer from your old address to the new, you may be able to see the older bills in the statement history on the current account. You can find more details here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history

@user_1fu6zb understood. That is the only method for being able to see past bills. You might be able to ask an Xfinity store for help with showing past bills or is there something specific you are looking for that we can educate you on?
