Unable to access Bills for Inactive account
I moved from one state to another a couple of months ago. As part of the move, looks like my old address linked to my account got deactivated. I am in need of bills linked to that account but unable to retrieve. When I login now, I see only bills related to my new address linked to my account. Can you please help?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues accessing your previous account, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
If you created a new Xfinity ID when you moved, the accounts may not be linked. You should be able to link them together by sending an invitation to your previous Xfinity ID (email address) and adding it to the new account.
