Scroll down to Billing Cycle. Then, click Edit next to Bill due date.
Choose the new date by clicking the drop-down menu next to New bill due date. Note: If you use automatic payments, the 29th, 30th and 31st will not be selectable in the menu (some months don't have these dates).
On the next page, you'll see your current bill due date and the new date you’ve chosen. You’ll also see a breakdown of the amounts of your bill until the change is officially made. This is because it takes two billing cycles for the new date to take effect. Click the Submit button to make the change.
The next page will confirm your due date has been changed. Click Thanks, I’m Done to finish.
You'll receive a confirmation email with your new due date. If you’re enrolled in automatic payments, the email will tell you when the automatic payments will be deducted from your account. If you’re not signed up for automatic payments, you’ll get an email listing your new bill due date along with other billing details.
@XfinityVianney I have tried for years to change my bill due date to be 15th of the month. Xfinity rule is that customer may change 1x every 6 months and customer service employees CANNOT change it. So I change it and then in 6 weeks the next bill date is 15th but the next month it pops back to prior day (I think program bills based on contract start day but just a guess). So I wait 6 months and try again. Rinse repeat. I have done this at least 5 times. I am on a fixed income and I must have deposit before I can pay bills. The 15th is a day I can be assured of having funds. I complained many times but nothing was done. I wrote to Tom with complaint politely not nasty. Eventually weeks later someone began leaving messages on my phone but I only got voice mail when I returned calls. I finally emailed same person and we went back and forth a while until they finally understood what I wanted and the problem (they continually tried to give me a link to how to change it). Finally this main office person said it kept changing because California (my state) set the billing rules. Well I can't find anywhere California controls Comcast billing. Anyone know about state controlling bill date? I think is is bogus and a blow off on a billing program bug. If customer service can change my contract or my phone number they should be able to change my bill date and it ought stay that day until further notice.

Are you saying you want to pay your bill BY 4/14/23 [late] instead of when it was due, or are you saying you want to change your bill due date to the 14th of each month?

Hello, @user_43f170. Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. We do have few ways you can change your due date which would be online at Xfinity.com, and on the Xfinity App. We have very detailed step-by-step guide created by @XfinityJessie which you can find here https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/my-account/answered-how-to-change-your-comcast-billing-date/602dabc4c5375f08cd863c7e. It also goes into how to change or cancel your request if needed. I'll post the first steps below, and I recommend visiting this post if you have any trouble along the way. They did a great job breaking it down.
Change Your Monthly Bill Due Date Online in My Account
Note: If you use automatic payments, the 29th, 30th and 31st will not be selectable in the menu (some months don't have these dates).
