Texas power outage credit

We were without power, therefore without Xfinity internet service, from Monday, February 15 - Thursday, February 18.  Is there a possibility of a billing credit for the inability to use the service?  Thank you!

Hello @dlawalker2000! You are asking a great question, and we thank you for taking the time to make a post for this request! Since power outages are outside of our control, we are not currently providing credits for any downtime. However, if your power had been restored and you were still without Comcast services we can take a look into this for you. Thank you for your response, @ComcastKatieMS , but when I click on your name it goes to a page that shows your post and there is no link to send a private message. Has the page layout changed? What is the current process?

Thank you so much for that information, RexHiebert! I would recommend clearing your cache and cookies in your web browser setting and attempting to send that Private Message again! Let me know if you still have issues as we are here to help!
