Ripped off

I’ve been getting ripped off by Xfinity cable for the last six months. I’ve had horrible service, horrible picture quality and my bill continues to go up. There’s unexplained charges on that bill for no reason I’m told that I’m gonna get it refunded and they don’t.   Xfinity Comcast is a Rip off and they have horrible customer service.
