RE: Courtesy Adjustment

I just received a letter about the rebates for the sports regional channel that they were giving credit because they didn’t play from April 2020 until Dec 2020 and I can’t seem to find the form that it says to fill out

Hello @user_cc1fd1! Due to suspended gameplay and cancellation of some professional sports because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we are providing courtesy adjustments to customers that paid for Regional Sports Network Fees. So, you are definitely on track with that! Current customers will receive the full estimated courtesy adjustment (varies by market) and there should be nothing you'd need to do on your end to receive this adjustment as it should be automatic. We will attempt to refund the courtesy adjustment to the last used card on file. If we’re unable to refund the courtesy adjustment to the credit card used to make a payment within the last 45 days, you will be mailed a check to the billing address on file instead.
