I received a letter today regarding a courtesy adjustment of $23.58. How do I go about getting the adjustment?

Thank you for reaching out! To confirm, did the letter state an adjustment has already been applied to the account or did it state the account is eligible for an adjustment.
We have been sending out notices for cable subscribers regarding the Regional Sports Fee for 2020. Due to the unique circumstances of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, many professional sports were not played or broadcast this year (2020 into 2021). In response to this situation, we’ve been working with the regional sports networks to secure refunds wherever possible.

Letter states even though I’m no longer a customer,would like to know if the amount of adjustment 23.58 could be put in my account since I paid my fathers bill and he is deceased?
Hello, @user_12b196, If you've been granted a credit and your account was recently closed, the credited amount will be sent as a check to the final statement address we have on record from when you closed the account.

I just received a letter about the rebates for the sports regional channel that they were giving credit because they didn’t play from April 2020 until Dec 2020 and I can’t seem to find the form that it says to fill out
