Promotional rate not being honored

On November 18, 2023 I took advantage of the Gigabit offer and went from monthly to a two-year term. Months 1-12 were at $90 with the ecobill discount lowering that to $80. Months 13-24 are to be at $110 with ecobill lowering that to $100. I was charged $98 for December then my bill increased to $115 in January and February ($105 after ecobill). There were no extra charges as we have had service since May 2004 and we own our own equipment. Why is the promotional rate not being honored? I have attached a screenshot of the confirmation email below and would like a credit or refund for the overpayment in December, January, and February if it is not fixed in time.

I have similar experience and just posted it. I'm sure a lot of customers have had the same experience. Why xfinity can't run a honest business?

You'll have to send it to my team in order to get it to me. Please type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
