First, disconnected the coaxial cable from X1, which was working fine, and connected to S33. The Xfinity app did not recognize the S33, though I had input the MAC ID and S/N. (The S33 box did not come with a QR code.) The Arris SurfBoard app said to contact technical support but I could not because

I did not receive a statement and that is s just part of the problem here. I was just calling to make sure about the extremely high bill. I found the rest of it out by your staff on the phone, chat, and actually printing out my online bill to look at

On 2/9, I ordered 1 Gigabit Internet Plan for $60/mo ($10 off with autopay) with price guarantee for 36 months. However, after completing the order, I keep getting confirmation emails saying 24 months. I spoke to 2 different chat agents and they assured me that I should receive new confirmation for
Typical bait and switch: Website ad says 3 year price guarantee, but Xfinity Support dug up a contract which says differently. Xfinity, please grow up and run a honest business. You may cheat and make some money, but actually you lose more customers

Just sent message to Xfinity Support. Still feel this as a terrible way of doing business. Short changing the customers, not honoring the promotional discount as advertised, etc., is basically a system and management issue. Yet you guys are fixing it
