Pending order

While looking at my account today, there's a window that says I have a pending order. I'm not aware of any pending orders on my account and can't find any other info that might pertain to that. Can someone look at my account please and let me know what the pending order means? Thanks.

I see the same thing on mine. And I never placed a order.

user_pjupj9 thanks for letting us know. In the future make sure you start with your own public post. That will make sure you get given the proper help while following our community guidelines. Thanks for understanding. That said should you need help with having your account investigated for the issue at hand we can help you. Please send us your full name and address in a direct message:

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it
