Payment was returned

Just spoke to customer service and chat and no one can give me an answer. 5 employees laters with 5 different answers. Payment was pulled on the 8th. Bank returned it to you, when will you pull payment again. My account still says it was received but bank says they sent it back. The payment was made through a chat for automatic withdrawal through checking account. Please someone give an answer. Do not want to make double payments and then wait months for a refund.

We mentioned that we typically make 2 attempts. Some institutions allow for a third, but that is not very common. If you have questions on the payment status we recommend you consult with your bank. Hope this helps!
