Payment Arrangement

Hello,

my bill is past due so it gave me the option to set up a payment arrangement. I did but it’s still not restored after 2 hrs and it doesn’t let me chat with anyone or talk to a live person. What do I do?

I am enrolled in the installment plan but my services are disconnected. The backend team advise it will process but to reach out to customer service to restore. I can’t contact anyone directly in customer service.
