Overpaid bill - Refund Request

Hello! I accidentally overpaid my bill for the month of May. Currently, the balance on my account reflects a negative amount, as it is expected to be issued as a credit towards my next bill. However, I would like to request for a refund back to the original method of payment. Please let me know what I need to do to begin this process. Thank you.

Comcast is uncooperative and will not assist me in resolving this. In this economy I cannot let comcast keep three payments for the same bill. They need to do the right thing and reverse the overpayments so my bank accoint is not overdrawn.

Comcast is uncooperative in assisting me with a reversal of overpayments made on July 14,2025. Three payments were applied to one bill thus overdrawing my bank account. I refund is necessary to correct this. Please help.

Also it is impossible to direct message for assistance. I already spent over an hour on the phone with a comcast rep on July 15, 2025 and got nowhere.
