Outage September 2

This is my third time trying to do this. It's taking a lot of my morning now. I'm writing because I'm trying to get credit and it won't give it to me for yesterday's outage which Xfinity texted me about, although I was well aware because I didn't have any services all day until dinner time. I've only ever had two times and not in this. . Like $6 credits. I haven't exceeded any limits and I met all the qualifications. I have been with Comcast Xfinity for I don't know quarter of a century and I'm a good customer. As I said above my work was greatly impeded by the outage and I want my credit.

I thank you.

Hey @user_9wjzkf, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. If you are experiencing service issues, we would be more than happy to help and assist. Do you currently have access to the Xfinity App which will let you know if there are any active service interruptions?

We recommend visiting our 'Check for a service interruption' support page which provides a variety of ways to see if there is any activity within the area. Outside the support page, we would not have any additional information on the service interruption.
