Outage Credit

I'm trying to get my outage credit. How do I do this? I was without power/service for 3 days during the Texas Winter Storm.

We have started a simplified interruption adjustment experience for all our customers who qualify. 

 

To qualify for this adjustment please log into either our awesome website https://comca.st/2NiFvkR or our award-winning Xfinity App. Here is a link incase you need to download it.

With this two wonderful self-service option you can be able to tell us about the experience in the Xfinity Status Center. clicks the link, "Tell us more about your experience."

All the link did was take my to MyXfinity homepage. I don't see the screenshots you posted or where to get there. @ComcastPeterH

That is still not working. It does take me to the status center, but there’s nowhere to request the credit. This page looks different than original screenshot posted with the hyperlink.
