No PDF Download Option when viewing bill

My new billing format does not include a button to download to PDF. Can that be added to the website? Is there a way that you recommend to obain a PDF of my bill?

The concern is not "Community Knowledge Base" related............................ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi there, user_5rmoy1! Thanks for reaching out here on the community forum! This is something that is always available and not an option that can be turned off/on. Let's verify you are going to the correct spot. To get a PDF statement of your bill, you can log in to our site at www.xfinity.com , sign in and go to your account, then billing and then statement history, and you should see the button for "Statement PDF" for your current statement, and if you click any of your older statements, they should open up in PDF and have then normal options including download. I just tested this out here on my end with my bill on Chrome, and it worked. Let me know if those steps work for you!

My new billing format does not include a button to download to PDF ...

For reference, my own Billing pages don't have a PDF "button", instead there are links like "Statement PDF" and "Print/Save Statement (PDF)". You might try looking for those.

Thank you. Today, I see the "Statement PDF" link under Current Statement on the Statement History page (https://customer.xfinity.com/billing/services/statement/history) for the current bill.  I did not see that yesterday when I tried to access it via  Current Statement on the Billing Services page (https://customer.xfinity.com/billing/services). Seems to me that it would be much easier to access the "Statement PDF" from both pages.  Also would be easier and faster to just be able to download previous statements, rather than opening and then downloading. I guess that these are just additional process steps for me to remember. Thank you again for the clear and concise replies.
