I would recommend visiting our 'Manage your saved payment methods' support page where it will provide steps on how to update the stored payment information. If the card is linked to Automatic Payment method, you may need to turn off Automatic Payments, add the new payment information, and turn Automatic Payments back on. Like my coworker @XfinityDemitrius said above, the best place to go to update the payment information would be on the website, or in the Xfinity app. You can find the instructions on how to do that here.
