Need spouse added to my billing address

As the title states, I need to add my spouse to the billing address for use in bank verification. I found other similar threads where the customer service representative said to send a message but I don't see that option anywhere in the UI. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Hey @Jujubeast, thanks for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums and creating your first post! The direct message icon will not show until a post is made. Do you know see it in the top right next to the notification bell icon? If not, does this link pull it up for you here? When sending a direct message, please send it to Xfinity Support as it is our shared handle. For future reference too as a heads up sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.
