Mistaken Payment that has snowballed out of control with ETF fees
Hey, so I'm gonna start from the beginning of this problem to lay it all out. So autopay made a payment of $34.95 on March 29th but the problem is that I didn't have the money at the time and while it showed up in my bank statement it was reversed a day later and I thought "huh, I guess the payment failed". So I made my payment the day after on April 1st thinking that solved the problem. But when I checked my statement now, I saw that the Payment on April 1st was reversed on the 14th but at the same time placed additional charges for my next billing cycle in the next month totaling $55 in EFT charges. I don't understand, why do we have such little control with our payments and more importantly can this be undone? I believe it's ridiculous to be charged a fee for a mistake I tried to prevent from happening and at the same time unaware that Xfinity would reverse it themselves because its never elaborated anywhere.
For any Xfinity representatives reading this I thank you for your time for going over this, I just want to undo this mistake so I don't have to worry about it anymore

Greetings @user_ant257, thank you for taking the time to create an official post. We know how frustrating it can be when unexpected billing changes occur, but we'll help you navigate any confusion. I would need to take a closer look at your account to see just what may have occurred. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
