Issues with my trade in

@XfinityAirelle​ I am having the same issue. I traded in my phone for the iphone 17 pro and upgraded to premium unlimited, and the promotion said I would get the iphone 17 pro free over 24 months. I have not received any credits and I have paid 4 bills so far in full with the discount not showing up on my upcoming 5th payment either.
