Installation fee

My router went out recently and I made an appointment for a service tech to come to the house. They installed a new router because the old one was inoperable. On my next bill there was a $100 installation fee. I do not feel like I should have to pay this since it was not my fault and I wasn’t ordering new services? I have been a excellent customer for many years but am considering switching unless they remove this charge.

update: chatted with customer service who informed me that the charge was miscoded and will be removed. Thank you for the great service, xfinity!
