I am unable to pay the bill on your automated system

I have tried to pay the bill using the automated system. The automated system is not allowing me to pay the bill

As a heads up, here is a full list of all the ways you can pay you bill online: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pay-comcast-bill-online, and this link:  https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pay-your-bill-echat, will show you all the payment methods we accept. If you can't use the automated system, you can also make a payment with the agent directly over the phone. Have you attempted to pay your bill online?

automated system not available to take payments over the phone. I am trying to make a payment for my mother who is not able to hear. Need a way to make a payment to keep service please.
