Didn't receive gift card for signingup with a friend's referral link.

its been 2 billing cycles already and did not receive the promised gift card yet.

please advice.

My friend referred me to xfinity and I used my friend's referral link to signup for xfinity home internet connection.

I was informed during signup that, both myself and my friend will receive a gift card, after 1 billing period.

I haven't received the reward/gift card yet.

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
