Credit for service outage

Hello there is a service outage that has lasted a full working day with no disclosure of what the issue is and more importantly when it will be resolved.  Please credit for one day, unless the service outage lasts longer.  I had fees incurred for alternative services for this unscheduled outage.

Good morning! I hope you are having a decent weekend aside form the loss of service. I know that can be very frustrating and inconvenient to say the least. We always work hard to get these issues resolved quickly. No amount of time without your service is acceptable to us and we don’t want you to have to pay for what you cannot use due to a service interruption in the area.

If you select the blue hyperlink “Tell us more about your experience” you can also request an automatic adjustment for the time lost which will go right on your bill for compensation. We will also set a reminder to reach back out to you here and make sure that everything was resolved and that you could request an adjustment to your account. We’ll reach out to you in a few days.
