Changing on web site DVR prices

When looking at changing my plan and I bring up the Estimated costs there are 2 charges for DVR.

My question why is it showing 2 DVR charges.

It shows up under all TV plans.

@jl747 Apologies, you did not receive a notice from us when we replied as I forgot to tag you in my response. You should see an alert from this message.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

As for why the post was private, that is done automatically by our forum filters any time a post has an image added. This allows our Moderators time to review the image and ensure it adheres to all our Xfinity Forum Guidelines. You will notice that we have reviewed your image and made this post public again.

Your post was initially marked private because of the image you included.  Sometimes customers will post personal information in an image and we try to keep your information safe, so all images are marked private.  It's now been made public, however.
