@user_o1yrzv Thank you for making us aware that you're getting this error message when attempting to view your bill online. Have you by any chance tried to access your bill on the Xfinity app? How about clearing your cache and cookies, closing out your browser before logging in, have you tried that?

user_9l8psm Have you also tried to go into a private mode/incognito?

I *could* try all that. But you could also fix your website.

Appreciate the feedback, @user_o1yrzv. The website may not need fixing if some basic troubleshooting resolves it, like what was mentioned about clearing cache and cookies or using incognito mode. Let us know if after these steps you still run into issues, and we're happy to take this "offline" if necessary to properly report it to our developers :)

I'm a professional software engineer and manager. I would not let something like this fly on my team. You can do better. This is a software defect due to a crash in your code.

I understand where you're coming from, @user_o1yrzv. We have a specific escalation process to follow in order to properly report issues like these to the correct team(s). If you are willing to help us document this feedback and send it up with a ticket, could you please send our team a direct message to continue?

To send a direct message:

  • Ensure you are first signed in, then you will see a chat box icon at the top right of your page. Click that or follow this link here: https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • From there, click the 'New Message' icon. In the 'To' field, type 'Xfinity Support'.
  • Type your message in the text area that appears at the bottom of the window and hit enter to send. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name and the service address alongside a detailed summary of your request/question. Thank you!

This appears to be a global issue as it is occurring with others. There should be a notice at the top of the page that this is being worked on. It is inefficient to just submit tickets individually when it is global.

Hello @user_pgio3x, thank you for your comment. Sorry to hear you’re having trouble viewing your statement, I know how frustrating that can be.  Have you had a chance to clear your browser’s cookies and cache yet? Sometimes that can fix loading issues. It may also help to try a different browser if you haven’t already. If you’re able to check, can you see your statement through the Xfinity app? That can sometimes work even when the browser doesn’t.

Hi there, @user_qqminw! Sorry to hear about the trouble with viewing your bill. Have you tried any of the steps outlined in other responses? Specifically clearing the cache/cookies on your browser and seeing if the bill is viewable in the XFINITY app?

I tried both the app and on a computer I have never logged into Xfinity on. Fix it and stop giving people the run around! It’s clearly a problem on your end, not the customer’s end!

I have the same issue.  When trying to view my bill, I get the error message Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'slice').  I have tried 4 browsers and even cleared the cache on 2 of them.  Does not work.  I spent time with someone from Comcast yesterday and they claimed they fixed it.  Still does not work 24 hours later.  The Xfinity Assistant just goes in circles on this today on this issue and cannot resolve it also.

Good evening @TitanicId, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums to report that you are also having issues trying to view your bill. To confirm, are you experiencing the same error if you try to view your bill on the app instead of the website? May I also confirm that you are logged in as the primary user?

I did not even know that the app had a place to read the bill until I saw it on this web page before you posted the response to me.  I can view the bill in the Comcast Xfinity app on my iPhone, as I just tried it.  It does not work to view the bill from the link in the Comcast Xfinity email on my iPhone running iOS 26.3 or Windows 11 computer using the Comcast Xfinity website as I get that slice error.  Viewing the bill on Comcast Xfinity's website on March 3rd and 4th, 2026 gets an error in Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari web browsers.  I am logged in as the primary user.  I am still waiting for Comcast Xfinity to fix this.  The website that does not work to view the bill is https://customer.xfinity.com/#/billing/brite

I also posted this issue here: ‎Direct Messaging | Xfinity Community Forum

Thank you for confirming that information and I'm glad to hear it's at least working on the app @TitanicId. Are you experiencing any errors when trying to access other account functions or is it just when trying to access your billing statements?

The main error I have is when I try to view the Comcast Xfinity bill on the website https://customer.xfinity.com/#/billing/brite
For several months now, I also cannot view any Comcast messages on my TV from the Comcast Xfinity X1 cable TV box.  It tells me that I have message(s) to view, but when I go in to view the messages, it says that I am all caught up and does not display any messages.  In the past, it usually would tell me what was free to watch for the week.  Since the messages on the TV quit working, I stopped even trying to display the messages on the TV.  Note that I do not have any messages to view on my TV currently though.  I mentioned this to the Comcast Xfinity support person at the same time as mentioning the display billing issue and never got any response from the support person about the Comcast Xfinity X1 cable TV box messages.

I also reported when contacting Comcast Xfinity support at the same time as the bill viewing issue that Comcast Xfinity X1 cable box messages do not work on my TV for several months.  It says it has message(s) to view, but it says I am all caught up when I try to view them.  I told the Comcast Xfinity support person at the same time as reporting the bill viewing issue and never got any response from the support person.  In the past, the messages usually said what to watch for free.  I quit trying to view the messages on my TV since it quit working.  Note that I do not currently have any messages to view on my TV.

Cannot download my bill as I have in the past.  Hard to even find my way on the website to where billing is.  When I get to the place where it shows download bil, all I get when click is   "

undefined is not an object (evaluating 'i.slice')
