Cancel my service
I’ve already moved out of my previous address, and the new tenant has set up their own Xfinity account there a couple of weeks ago. However, I’m still being billed for the old account.
I spoke with an agent earlier, and they said they would call me back, but I haven’t received any follow-up.
Could someone please help me cancel my account and stop the billing?
