Billing page won't load
I am being told my services will be disconnected if I don't update payment information, but Xfinity will not let me log in. When I do it appears as if I am getting in (I'm positive password is correct) but then briefly appears to go to https://jss.xfinity.com/post-login?continue=https%3a%2f%2fwww.xfinity.com%2f then redirects me back to the Xfinity./auth homepage. I've tried Chrome and Edge browsers, disabled adblocker, enabled java, tried incognito, etc. Tried on my phone and laptop. Nothing has addressed the problem. I was able to get in and reset my password, but still not log into the account.
Tried calling but no one could help me and kept telling me to log in. Extremely frustrating. Why can't I just call up and pay my bill?

Hello, @user_ajagt2. Thank you for reaching our team regarding your billing concerns. We can definitely understand the importance of being able to make your payments. Have you attempted clear cache and cookies?
If you wish to attempt and make a payment over the phone you can do so by calling 1-800-934-6489, option 2 and follow prompts to pay your bill.

I'm having the same issue, since they got rid of paying without signing. All links on their site that saying billing or pay redirect to 403 errors or just spins and redirects me back to the login page. Unbelievable...

I am trying to Manage Billing Preferences, but I am in a circular action of logging in. It just isn't working. If I login and click on billing, I am in the loging window.
What is happening?
Please help.
