Billing Doubled with No Warning

My bill mysteriously jumped from $35 to $86 with no warning from Xfinity. I was even in a store two weeks ago and they did not mention a thing. I’ve had it with these insane price jumps and lack of communication

Hi there, @user_uksq0r! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum. The most common reason that your bill would increase is because you may have come off of a promotional rate. In the spirit of transparency, we provide a listing of the active promotions, the amount saved, and the end date on each and every billing statement. It would be under your services in green text. If you are doing paperless billing, you can check your statements with the directions here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/view-xfinity-billing-history Taking a look at your previous statement would show if there is a promotion coming to and end. Check that out and let me know if that is the case and if you need further assistance or help looking in to other eligible rates, please send a direct message to us by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section.
